Up for auction 1 of 2 limited run WASHBURN USA HM Series Voodoo Idol in exceptional condition.
This was purchased as a collector's item and has never been gigged w/ light studio use only.
A Washburn like this is RARE. Washburn combined the best of all their guitars, with the neck and Fretboard of the prized WM526 and the Brutus Idol body from the Boogie Street USA Idol runs. For those who don't know the Carbon Glass Epoxy fretboards have officially been discontinued and Washburn will no longer offer the Parker fretboard on their USA Electrics. Washburn has also discontinued the original Idol body for 2010 and created a new idol that is a Gibson Les Paul Lookalike. This is your chance to get a rare Metal Axe. This guitar was crafted at the Washburn USA Custom Shop and Finished by Washburn's Paint Guru Chewy. The guitar was bought as a collectors item and used sparingly. I need to make room for some new gear, so this is your chance to get a rare Idol with Original Floyd Rose Tremolo and EMG's stock! Washburn really nailed it with this one, it is sad to see it go. JUST A NOTE, THE BODY LOOKS THICK BUT IT IS LIGHT, they used some well dried Mahogany on this baby!
