The action is low, neck is true and the frets are in great shape.everything works on it . This guitar is very durable with no scratches and is nice and shinny and sounds awsome . The guitar comes with pick and strap and will be shipped in a well padded cardboard box. There is no case. I can tune it before I ship if you let me know first. I HAVE ANOTHER WASHBURN JUST LIKE THIS ONE but is sunburst in color and is also a beautiful guitar. IF YOU WOULD RATHER HAVE THAT ONE IN PLACE OF THIS ONE let me know and I WILL SEND YOU PICTURES.
