Returns:
It is our desire for you to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:
New, unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for refund less shipping/handling. Please contact us for a RMA and return instructions. Opened or used returns will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense without being refunded.
Items that are shipped incorrectly will be exchanged for the correct item. Contact us for a RMA, return shipping label and instructions. Return must be unopened and unused to be exchanged. Opened/used items can not be exchanged or returned. Opened or used returns will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense without being refunded.
Items that are damaged in shipment require a shipping damage claim to be filed with the carrier prior to return. Please contact us to file the claim, issue further instructions and issue a RMA. We will issue a replacement after verification of shipping damage and acceptance by the carrier. Please contact us if a replacement is needed sooner.
Defective/Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer under their prespective policies and warranty. Please contact us for assistance if needed. We can not accept warranty returns as we're not an authorized repair center.
Refused,undeliverable, returns without a RMA or cancelled orders that have been processed will be charged a 20% restocking fee ($10 min.) and actual shipping charges if the item was shipped.
