For auction is the sister guitar to the other we have listed. These are done by Faith Alexandra and are each a one off work of art. There are a total of three in this set with the third being a silver and lime zebra stripe. These are being offered on eBay for the first time just to gain exposure. These are great playing guitars which are set up by a luthier prior to the custom designs.
Alexandra is not only an artist but also plays guitar so the guitars are form and function. These guitars look great on the wall or display and play great on stage. There are over 3000 hand placed crystals on each work of art. Each will also come with some replacement crystals should you get carried away on stage. There are several cool ways to display these so feel free to email any questions.
These are light solid body guitars. They are built on a washburn Maverick base guitar with either two humbuckers or a humbucker and two single coil. I have played each after set up through a Carvin 30 watt and a Dr. Z Maz 18. They sound great but each have a very distinct sound. The necks are straight and the Grover tuners are like new. The guitars had little play on them when I got them and were beautiful even without the custom work. They are made of solid mahogany bodies like the old les pauls and have maple necks with rosewood fretboard. The silver guitar has a stop tail and tune-o-matic bridge while the tiger has a tremolo. The back and sides of the bodies are finished in cherry and with the exception of a small nic on the finish, show little wear. The back of the cheetah has some buckle wear on the back. Nothing through the wood but it is worth mentioning. The heads and the necks are finished in natural maple. Necks are thin in profile and fast to play. Frets are in great shape.
