About this Exclusive BSG 'Instigator' :   Since 2003, BSG has been THE Dealer to go to for the USA Washburn Customs.  BSG's Eric McKenna has commissioned many custom runs of high quality Korean built customs.  Taking Washburn's body designs and challenging the import factories to make guitars that are truly cut above.  Using ebony fingerboards, quality maple and mahogany, first grade pickups and hardware.  Specs typically only found on much more expensive USA Customs.

One of the BSG custom import runs in 2006 was the BSG Instigator.  Eric took a mid 80's Washburn body shape and updated it with a beautiful blue quilt top, mahogany body & neck, ebony fingerboard with BSG's custom inlay at the time which included split blocks and BSG's 'BoogieMan' inlay on the first fret.  Black Grovers, Black TonePros bridge and a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers!  A rare El Diablo in the bridge and a '59 in the neck.

The guitar package is rounded out with a Certificate of Authenticy signed by Washburn's brass and BSG's Eric McKenna.  And there is a custom hardshell case with leopard print interior.  This is TRULY a collector's piece and yet is STILL quite affordable! 

There were 50 numbered guitars made and we are down to a handful left here at the Boogie Street compound.

Shipping:  Boogie Street uses UPS and FedEx exclusively. The exception would be an APO Military address where USPS would be used.  

Pictures:  These pictures were shot by Eric McKenna at the Boogie Street Offices in Pittsburgh, PA.  Most if not all of the pictures are taken in 'natural' or 'available' light.  Flash photography is rarely used.
